Packing and Handling Guidance

• Place the base on a clean, flat and stable surface
• Position the cake or dessert centrally on the base
• Check that the product remains within the usable base area
• Allow sufficient clearance for side decorations and toppings
• Chill delicate products before packing where appropriate
• Lower the compatible clear dome carefully over the product
• Align the dome evenly around the complete base
• Check the connection before moving the assembled pack
• Carry the container from underneath the base
• Keep the dessert level during display and transportation

The rigid base helps support the dessert during normal handling, but the assembled pack should always be lifted from underneath. Do not carry the product by holding only the clear dome.
