• Place the base on a clean, flat and stable surface
• Position the cake centrally on the base

• Chill delicate cakes before packing where appropriate
• Lower the compatible dome carefully over the cake
• Align the dome evenly around the complete base
• Check the connection before moving the assembled pack
• Carry the container from underneath the base
• Keep the cake level during display and transport

The base helps support the cake during normal handling, but the completed container should always be lifted from underneath. Do not carry the assembled pack by holding only the clear dome.
