Delivery Charges & Free Shipping

We typically deliver all UK Mainland orders the next working day after payment is received. Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £100 (excluding VAT) to the UK Mainland.

Orders under £100 (ex. VAT):

  • UK Mainland (1 working day): £7.99
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands (1–3 working days): £25.99
  • Isle of Man (2–3 working days): £26.99
  • Jersey / Channel Islands (2–3 working days): £26.99

Orders over £100 (ex. VAT):

  • UK Mainland: FREE Delivery
  • Offshore & Highlands: Standard regional charges apply (Free delivery applies strictly to the UK Mainland. Exclusions include Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Southern Ireland, and all offshore Isles).

Streamlined Dispatch & Cut-Off Times

We offer a rapid next working day delivery service for the UK Mainland. To guarantee the fastest turnaround, we operate with strict daily order cut-off times.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 pm (15:00), Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the exact same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday (or over the weekend) will normally be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Please note: While we strive for next-day delivery, this service is not guaranteed and times may vary due to external factors. All delivery services are fully trackable, and we can provide your tracking details upon request.

Courier Partnerships & Delivery Terms

We partner with trusted national couriers, including DPD and DHL, to ensure predictable delivery. Please be aware of the following delivery terms:

  • Doorstep Delivery: Our couriers deliver to your doorstep only. If you require delivery to a different location (inside a building, upstairs, etc.), this must be arranged in advance and may not always be possible.
  • Refused Deliveries: If you are unable or unwilling to accept your delivery and the goods are returned to us, a £25 administration fee may apply.
  • Damaged Goods: If your parcel arrives damaged, you must sign for it as "damaged." Claims for damage cannot be accepted if parcels are signed for as "unchecked."

Missing Items & Courier Claims

Our couriers do not accept claims raised more than 14 days after delivery. Therefore, if you have any issues with your delivery (such as missing or damaged items), you must email us within 13 days of receiving your order. This allows us time to investigate and submit a claim on your behalf.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wholesale supplies. If you have an issue with your order or wish to discuss a return, please follow these strict steps:

  1. Email sales@supplyexpress.co.uk with your order number and the details of your issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and advise you on the next steps.
  3. Do not return any products without our prior approval and the specific return address we provide by email.

Returns sent back without our confirmation email and correct return address may not be accepted, and you may lose your right to a refund.
