At Supply Express Ltd, we aim to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. All orders are typically delivered the next working day after payment is received. Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £100 (excluding VAT) to the UK Mainland.

Delivery Charges

For orders £1 – £100 (excluding VAT):

• UK Mainland (1 working day): £7.99
• Highlands and Islands of Scotland (1–3 working days): £25.99
• Isle of Man (2–3 working days): £26.99
• Jersey / Channel Islands (2–3 working days): £26.99

For orders over £100 (excluding VAT):

• Free delivery to UK Mainland
• Standard charges apply to Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other excluded areas

Important Information

• Free delivery applies only to the UK Mainland.
• Exclusions include Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Southern Ireland and all offshore Isles.
• To qualify for free delivery, your order total must be over £100 (excluding VAT).
• Our couriers (including DPD and DHL) do not accept claims raised more than 14 days after delivery.

Therefore, if you have any issue with your delivery, please email us within 13 days of receiving your order so we can investigate and submit a claim on your behalf.

Delivery Service and Cut-Off Times

We offer a next working day delivery service for UK Mainland.

• Orders placed before 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday will normally be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Please note: this service is not guaranteed, and delivery times may vary due to external factors. All services are trackable, and we can provide tracking details on request.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Our couriers (including DPD) will deliver to your doorstep only. If you require delivery to a different location (inside a building, upstairs, etc.), this must be arranged in advance and may not always be possible.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please sign for it as damaged. Claims for damage cannot be accepted if parcels are signed for as unchecked.

If you are unable or unwilling to accept delivery and the goods are returned, a £25 administration fee may apply.
